Vultures

watching like vultures
on the corner of a swamp
where the bodies are piled
in    high definition    streaming
as the murders continue
the West
why do you not protect them
as they claimed their freedom
in the land of pharaohs
as your drones fly high
watching the carnage
the West
the East
are they not men
slaughtered for sitting
calling    Mohammed     Allah
from a bloodied country
Jesus
God
Buddha
can peace be had
from the bloodshed
that keeps us watching
