Trophy Soldiers in Art Basel ’08

Posted by on Nov 13, 2008 in Art Coverage

If you make it down to Miami for Art Basel the first week of December, 4th-7th, please stop by  and visit the Fountain Art Fair and swing by the space Open Ground.  More info here about the Fountain Art Fair.

Open Ground was a space I was involved with in Williamsburg, Brooklyn years ago when it all began in 2000.  I’m very excited to be showing with them again at the Fountain Art Fair which is all independent contemporary Williamsburg, Brooklyn galleries.  Not a bad crowd to be surrounded by.

Last year I was busy posting a couple hundred flyers all over Miami beach for Art Basel, see above.  This year I have the privilege to show the originals at the Fountain Art Fair with Open Ground.   I’m stoked to say the least.  If you can at all swing the gas money (and now it’s under two dollars a gallon?) you have to make it down to Art Basel.  Sleep on the beach if you have to.  You definitely won’t forget it. Here are some pics from last year.
