The esteemed  artist and historian David C. Driskell will be giving a talk at UNF this evening (Wednesday, Feb 20) at UNF in the Fine Arts Center Recital Hall at 7:30pm. This will be preceeded starting at 6pm by a UNF jazz and Gospel Choir performance AND another artist lecture by Jefferson Pinder (collage and video artist)

This talk accompanies an excellent exhibit of both their work at UNF gallery(a really fantastic show).  I am kicking myself that I will be out of town and have to miss this, someone please go and take notes for me. Really, this is a must see event folks.
