Urs Fischer’s work is incredible, and I would have to say I favor it over Sehgal. However, I don’t know much about either of them, so that may not be a fair statement.
That’s the stuff I can’t do in high school. That stuff rules. I saw Sehgal’s “Kiss” while we were in Chicago (for the Portfolio Day trip). One kid had no idea it was performance art, and we laughed. Great finds, Mark.
(PS–Is anyone going to see I Am Cuba tonight at MOCA?)

the manpower to make that must have been amazing. what a hole. a crater even.
both of these artists are definitely worth more investigation. I definitely don’t think they are kicking your ass though Mark.
