the following sound artifact was recently found in an old barn in upstate new york, by a man named Jarvis Hempstead…Jarvis went to school with my sister, and upon listening to this tape he knew that I would find it interesting, so he said “Frederick (that’s my given name), these guys are as crazy as you! Take this and do some of your magic with it.” He had no idea that I knew these two voices so well…This is early Akbar and Logocentric, the summer before 911…

Logocentric
June 9, 2010by the way, my favorite part is the basis for legitimacy: “because i pushed record.” it scores points for anyone who calls oneself a record keeper.

June 9, 2010my favorite part is how i say ‘what do you think…’ and as i’m trying to finish my question, what i was looking for just erupts out of you…

June 9, 2010this brought me great joy. I remember laughing that hard with you both with those microphones stuck up our mouths thinking what we were doing was priceless. It ends up that nine years later it actually is.
If I was to tell the world something on T.V. now:
The world is fucked up. Wake the fuck up. Start working together now or the end as you know it is near. Of course this is after the oil spill so if you could have caught me before it I think I would be more optiistic.
Logocentric
June 9, 2010oddly enough, i still believe what i said in that tape. it’s a theory of course, but therefore not something that is unverifiable.
